Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping at ArabNest, a partner store of Tazah Global. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and want you completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our guidelines and procedures for processing replacements. By purchasing on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Replacement Eligibility:

Product Eligibility

At ArabNest, we want to ensure that products are received in their original condition and are not incorrect, broken, or faulty. If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement.

Timeframe

ArabNest will handle all complaints received within 30 days of delivery.

Requests made within 7 days of delivery will be replaced free of cost.

Requests made after 7 days may incur certain replacement charges.

Replacement Process:

Initiation
To initiate a replacement, please share a video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product with our customer support team within the eligible timeframe. In some cases, the issue may be related to usage, and our team can guide you on how to fix it. If we determine the product is indeed faulty:

Option A
Ship the incorrect, faulty, damaged, or broken product in its original packaging (including all accessories) to our warehouse at:
Tazah Global LLC, Warehouse #13, Plot #4488, Al Sajaa Industrial, Sharjah, UAE

Within 5 working days of receiving the product, we will ship your replacement free of charge.

Option B
We can schedule a replacement for you within 14 working days. Please pack the product (original box and all accessories) for the courier to pick it up, and we will provide a replacement.

Please note: We do not offer replacements for a “change of mind.”
