All orders are confirmed and processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping & Delivery 

ArabNest currently delivers across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) through our authorized logistics partner Zambeel.

Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days from order confirmation

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational or courier-related factors.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

ArabNest offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for customer convenience.

Customers must keep the exact payable amount ready at the time of delivery.

Orders placed with COD are confirmed before dispatch to reduce failed deliveries.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in future order restrictions.

Shipping Charges

All shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Any free-shipping promotions will be mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

Delivery Partner

All orders are fulfilled and delivered through Zambeel, our trusted dropshipping and logistics partner in the UAE. ArabNest does not directly control courier operations.

Delivery Delays

Although we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, high shipment volumes, or unforeseen circumstances. ArabNest is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Incorrect Address or Customer Unavailability

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order may result in additional charges or order cancellation.

Failed or Undelivered COD Orders

If a COD order is refused or remains undelivered after delivery attempts, ArabNest reserves the right to cancel the order and restrict future COD purchases.

Tracking information, where available, will be shared once the order has been dispatched.
